April Meeting

 
Roadrunners what a fantastic meeting in March! We're in for another treat just for us! Chef Craig, DeSoto Club is opening exclusively for us on Monday, April 8 as they are normally closed on Mondays. We must confirm a minimum of 30 reservations so please register before March 25th. 

Meeting Date: MONDAY, April 8
Time: 5:00 Cocktails Social Time and 5:30 Buffet Dinner starts
Place: DeSoto Club Banquet Room
Cost: $15 per person (includes tax and gratuity)
Delicious Southern Style Buffet consisting of: Chicken Fried Steak, Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Vegetables, Cream Gravy, Chef Choice Dessert, Rolls, Iced Tea & Water
Orders from the bar will be paid separately.

Friendly Reminders: 

• Wear your badge or donate $1 to the fish bowl 
• 50/50 game introduced to those interested
• Got friends who are RVers but not part of our Club? Bring them as guests! Last month Bill & Mary Shy brought 2 couples who are joining us!
• If you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days before the event.

With the launch of our new website you can easily register and pay online! However, if you prefer to pay by check, register online so we have your reservations. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received. Please make checks payable to HSV Roadrunners and drop off or mail to Angie Tillery, 47 Elcano Dr., HSV 71909.
