August Monthly Meeting

We are in for a Tasty Treat!

Date:   Monday, August 12
Place:  Raffaella Rose at Cortez Golf Course, 299 Cortez Rd.
Time:  5:00 p.m. Social Hour and 6:00 Dinner with Meeting to follow
Cost: $15 per person/$30 couple (tax, tip included)
Menu:  Catfish &/or Chicken Strips, Buttered New Potatoes, Veggie Medley, Hush Puppies, Cobbler, Tea (bar orders paid separately)

1. Wear your badge or donate $1 to fish bowl 
2. Register & pay online or if prefer to pay by check, register online so we have your reservations for headcount. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received. Please make check payable to HSV Roadrunners and mail to Angie Tillery, 47 Elcano Dr., 71909. 
3. 50/50 - bring some 5's & win half the pot!
4. Please note, if you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days prior to event.
