September - Monthly Meeting

It's Margaritaville in the Village!

Date:   (NEW DAY) TUESDAY, September 3rd
Place:  El Jimador's Private Room (enter through main door)
Time:  5:00 Social, 6:00 Dinner & Meeting to Follow
Cost:   Only $15.00 per person / $30 per couple (tax, tip, drink included)
Menu:  Ultimate Taco Bar - build your own Tacos, Nachos or Taco Salad Bar with beef, chicken &/or shrimp) with all the fixins; taco shell, soft tortillas, tortilla bowls, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, bell peppers, guacamole, queso, sour cream plus beans & rice!
Drink included:  Tea, soda or one Margarita (frozen or on the rocks) or one draft beer!!  Additional bar orders to be paid separately.

Wear your crazy Margaritaville hats, glasses
or wildest Beach outfit, hoola skirt, & flip flops!
 Prizes for "Best Beach Bum Award"!

2. Bring some 5s and win 1/2 the 50/50 $ pot
3. Register & pay online or if prefer to pay by check, register online so we have your reservations for headcount. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received. Please make check payable to HSV Roadrunners and mail to Angie Tillery, 47 Elcano Dr., 71909. 
4. Please note, if you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days prior to event.
