October - Monthly Meeting

It's a Crock Pot Cook Out & a JUNK IN THE TRUNK sale-a-thon!

Date:   First Monday, October 7th
Place:  Balboa Pavilion
Time:  5:00-6:00 Junk in the Trunk Sales, 6:00 Dinner & Meeting to follow
Cost:   $5.00 per person/$10 couple (pavilion & meat cost) 
Menu:  Meat catered by Clampit's - Pulled Pork, Chicken, Buns & Sauce. 
You bring your favorite Crock Pot Dish, Side Dish, Salad or Dessert plus BYOB and Drinks!
Plates, bowls, utensils & extension cords provided by the Club. 

TRUNK JUNK:  Bring your RV stuff to sell, trade, or give away out of your trunk or set out on tables (first come basis)! Ladies bring your RV crafts to display and sell! 

Look forward to seeing all the RV Junk after all, "One man's trash is another man's treasure!"

1. Wear your badge or donate $1 to fish bowl
2. Bring some $5s & win 1/2 the 50/50 $ pot
3. Register & pay online or if prefer to pay by check, register online so we have your reservations for headcount. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received. Please make check payable to HSV Roadrunners and mail to Angie Tillery, 47 Elcano Dr., 71909. 
4. Please note, if you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days prior to event.
