What a great year we've had! Let's celebrate!

Date:   Monday, December 2
Place:  DeSoto Club Private Room 
Time:  5:00 Social and 6:00 Dinner, followed by more Christmas fun
Cost:   $18.00 per person / $36 per couple (tax, tip included)
Special Menu:  Beef & Chicken Ka-bobs, Wild Rice, Sauteed Veges, Salad, Rolls plus Cobbler!!
Drink included:  Tea, coffee, water. Bar orders paid separately.

Toys for Kids! Bring a new unwrapped toy for children of Mountain Pine! 

Friendly Reminders:

1. Wear your badge or donate $1 to fish bowl
2. Register & pay online or if prefer to pay by check, register online so we have your reservations for headcount. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received. Please make check payable to HSV Roadrunners and mail to Angie Tillery, 47 Elcano Dr., 71909. 
3. Please note, if you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days prior to event.
