September Meeting

Roadrunners, It's Time To Get Together! 

Place:  Balboa Pavilion 
Date:  Monday, September 14th
Time:  5:00 Social Time and 5:30 Dinner & Meeting Discussions to follow
Cost: $13.00 per person/$26 couples
Menu: Clampit's is catering Pulled Pork, Cubed Chicken, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Baked Beans, Peach Cobbler & Tea included
Mixed drinks allowed so BYOB!! 

We will practice all Arkansas and POA Covid-19 guidelines:
1. We will limit the number attending.
2. You will be required to wear a mask until seated for dinner.
3. You will be required to follow social distancing guidelines.
4. Tables will be set up to allow distancing. 
4. We will have hand sanitizer available.

Friendly reminders:

1. Wear your badge or donate $1 to fish bowl 
2. Register & pay online or if prefer to pay by check, register online so we have your reservations for headcount. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received. Please make check payable to HSV Roadrunners and mail to Angie Tillery, 47 Elcano Dr., 71909. 
3. Please note, if you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days prior to event.
