    Join Us at the Llano Grande Valley Resort, Mercedes, TX

    The Llano Grande Resort is an RVr's dream.  All concrete pads, swimming pools, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, yoga, horseshoes and the list goes on and on. Very reasonably priced resort. Come for a few nights, a week, or a month or two. Let's coordinate some time together. Stephen and Mary Seitz will be there for the dates shown.  Those that want to go for a shorter excursion are welcome.  Keith & Sheri Koch are thinking the last two weeks in January.     2026 SPRING CAMPOUT

    Come join us in our own back yard where you can get your rig out and check it out before you hit the road.  This is our annual club Spring camp outing, our time to get the cobwebs off of our rigs and tune them up for the season ahead. There will be games and a catered dinner on Tuesday night, March 24. If you are unable to camp with us, please join us for dinner! This would be a great time to introduce any potential new members or guests to the club as well!

    Monday, March 23 - Arrive and set up camp.  Verify that everything is in working order.
    Monday and Tuesday we will share our winter adventures and plan for the summer.
    Tuesday night - A catered dinner for all.  Pricing and menu TBD so check back for more information.

    Keith Koch has reserved 12 spots for the shakeout.  February 23rd is the deadline for reserving one of these campsites!  Call (501) 922-5050 for reservations. Please let them know that you are part of the HSV Roadrunners when calling.  Resident rate is $38.51 per night including taxes, so be sure to provide your POA Member number when booking.  Check-in time is 1:00 pm and Check-out is at noon.   All spots are full hook-up and Wi-Fi is provided.

    In past years, this event had a number of Roadrunner rigs signed up so make your reservations early.

    Tyler State Park features a cool, 64-acre spring-fed lake, 100-foot tall trees, and historic structures. Play at the lake, wet a hook, wander through the woods, or relax with your binoculars. You will love this peaceful get-away in Northeast Texas! Be sure to read below for special events that are happening.

    Bill and Donna Hoglund will be leading this trip and camping at Site #338 in the Big Pine section.
    Don't delay ! Sites fill up quickly at that time of year! 80 degrees.  Woohoo!

    Day by day details:
    April 30 - May 3: Worlds largest Flea/Craft Market in Canton (30 miles away). Details can be found at www.firstmondaycanton.com You don't want to miss this.
    Friday, May 1st: Hike around the park or Canton. Evening campfire.  If you want to eat together, bring something to share.
    Saturday, May 2nd: 10:00 am "Dutch Oven Cooking in the Blackjack Pavilion.  
    Hike or visit Canton in the afternoon.
    Also, Tyler is the Rose Capitol of the USA. Much to see and do.
    May 4th: time to check out.
