2024 March "Burgers & Brats" Meal at The Spring Shakeout

   
2024 March Cookout! (not to be confused with being registered for a campsite) during the 5TH ANNUAL CLUB SPONSORED SPRING SHAKEOUT - 2024 which can be accessed from [trips > current scheduled trips].

Come join us for a Burgers and Brats Cookout!
The Cookout is available for all club members even if you aren't camping with the group.  We had great success and lots of fun in past years so we hope you can join us!  The "Meal Registration" Opens February 13th, 2024 and Closes March 17th for final headcount. 

Place: Hot Springs Village RV Park  ...under the Pavilion
           375 Balearic Road
Date:  Sunday, March 24th, 2023 Time:  Social begins at 5:00pm with meal at 5:30pm (Meeting to follow)
Meal Cost: $10.00 per person / $20 couple
Served Menu: Burgers & Brats with all the fixings, including beans & slaw.

What to Bring:  Your drinks (water, soft drinks, adult beverages), lawn chairs. Club will provide cups and ice.

Friendly reminders:

1. Wear your badge 
2. Register & pay online, or if prefer to pay by check, register online so we have your reservations for headcount. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received.  
3. Please note, if you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days prior to event.
