Tis' The Season Let's Jingle & Mingle!

Bring new unwrapped Toys for Tykes (kids at Mountain Pine)
Please register as soon as possible for headcount!

Date:   Monday, December 11, 2023
Place:  Ponce de Leon Center/Woodlands Rooms A-B
Time:  5:00 Social and 5:30 Dinner followed by more Christmas fun!
Cost:   $15.00 per person / $30 per couple 
Clampits Catering:  Roast Pork Loin, Potato Casserole, Peas & Carrots, Cranberry & Apple Sauce, Rolls, plus Granny Clampit's Cake.

If you can't make the party but would like to donate a toy, drop off at Tillerys, 47 Elcano Dr.

1. Please Wear your Name Badges
2. Register & pay online or if prefer to pay by check, register online so we have your reservations for headcount. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received. Please make check payable to HSV Roadrunners and mail to Kathy Harkins, 59 Hartura Way, HSV, 71909. 
3. Please note, if you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days prior to event.
