2024 December Christmas Party

There's Still Time! Late Registration Extended 'til Friday for Final headcount.
Date:   Monday, December 9th
Place:  Trademark Realty Conference Room
Time:  5:00 Social and Hors d'oeuvres
           5:30 Dinner followed by more Christmas fun!
Cost:  $5.00 per person - Note: includes cost of renting the venue.
           The Club will provide the hors d'oeuvres and main proteins.  Proteins for the dinner are: Beef Lasagna and Braised chicken medallions over rice pilaf, accompanied by Rolls (and potluck dishes from volunteers).
It's a Potluck - Bring one of your favorites (sides, salads, or deserts) and bring the recipes to photo-share.  Six of each item will be perfect.  TEXT Kathy Harkins at 501-804-3846 to get on the list.
Bring unwrapped new gifts for alone elderly or children.

2. Register & pay online or if prefer to pay by check, register online so we have your reservations for headcount. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received. Please make check payable to HSV Roadrunners and mail to Gerold Hooker, 11 Guindola Circle, HSV, 71909. 
3. Please note, if you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days prior to event.
