2025 - September Burgers and Brats + "JUNK in the TRUNK"

Junk in the Trunk + Burgers and Brats
Registration: From 08/27/2025 - 09/12/2025 - Please register ASAP so we know how much meat to buy. 
Place:  Lake Cortez Pavilion 
Date:  Monday, September 15th - Note: This is the 3rd Monday of the month rather than the usual 2nd Monday for our event.
Time:  4:30 "Junk" Shopping & Social Time and 5:30 Dinner to follow
Cost: $10.00 per person/$20 couples  (Covers Pavillion Rental, meats, and buns)
Menu: Burgers and Brats + Potluck
     For potluck sides and desserts, please text Kathy Harkins (501-804-3846) with what you will plan to bring,  ...so we don't end up with 15 kinds of beans :)  for ex.
If you have a signature dish, you may want to put your name on it so we can ask for the recipe.
Water, ice, condiments, and paper goods will be provided.  Please BYOB for your special beverages.

In case you have not attended one, "Junk in the Trunk" provides a fun opportunity to sell some 'no longer needed' camping, RVing, etc. items that you no longer use, ...or to pick up some items from fellow RVers.

1. Pease wear your name Badges.
2. Register & pay online.  If you prefer to pay by check, still register online so we have your reservations for headcount. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received. Please make check payable to "hsvRoadrunners" and mail to: Gerold Hooker, 11 Guindola Circle, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909.
3. Please note: if you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days prior to event.
