  Maderas Gardens Clubhouse - Subway Sandwiches + Salads + Desserts
  We are asking for volunteers to make Six Salads and Six Desserts.
  Please contact Abby Peters at 318-659-8269 and she will make a list of those volunteers.
  Please register (must register by 5 PM May 6th)!
  Menu: Subway Sandwiches, Salads, Desserts
  Cost: $5.00 per person
  The Club will provide Cups, water, and ice.  - BYOB.

  Reminder: Please wear your name badges.
  Directions: to 1 Jardin Way, the Maderas Gardens Clubhouse. We have inside table/chairs and outside picnic table seating.
  If heading west on Desoto, (past the thirteen mile marker), Turn left onto Maderas Drive.  Go 6/10ths mile, then turn left into Maderas Gardens neighborhood. The Clubhouse is the first driveway on the left.   
  GPS gives you an incorrect street - instead of Jardin Way, which is the street that leads into the Maderas Gardens neighborhood, GPS says Alhaja Way.
  For those who are paying by check or cash, please bring your payment to the social and give it to Abby Peters.

  Time:  4:30 "Junk" Shopping & Social Time and 5:30 Dinner to follow
  Cost: $10.00 per person/$20 couples
  Menu: Catered by Edward's Smokehouse - Quarter Chickens, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Baked Beans, and Light Desert
  Mixed drinks allowed so BYOB!! 
  Friendly reminders:

  1. Pease wear your name Badges.
  2. Register & pay online.  If you prefer to pay by check, still register online so we have your reservations for headcount. An online invoice will be created by the system and then cleared once your check is received. Please make check payable to "hsvRoadrunners" and mail to: Gerold Hooker, 11 Guindola Circle, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909.
  3. Please note: if you make reservations but are unable to attend, you are still responsible for payment unless you cancel at least 7 days prior to event.
